BEGUM SAMROO MADE THIS CHURCH
She was a Mohamdden dancer.Walter Harrymen Samroo loved her and later on married her. After the death of Samroo she ruled in her kingdom of Sardhana.
She has many monuments in Sardhana [ Meerut] and this famous Church of INDIA.
As the second oldest church in India, is there a confusion with Christ Church, Simla. Both claim to be the second oldest ??
